Choreographer Johnny Autin has long been fascinated by mental health and emotional wellbeing. For his new work, he delves into his own personal journeys through mental, physical and spiritual changes, and our increasing need for higher level of consciousness. ‘Square One’ is a bold and original solo performance combining digital media and dance theatre, bringing out the performer’s unique physicality.  The performance features a series of captivating movements and patterns, a hypnotising score and a landscape of animated video projections. 

Autin explores the poetry of connections between our internal and external worlds, and how they affect the very act of movement.
